Casa LesMar at Vistamar is our well appointed coastal based

3 bedroomed house which is available for holiday and long-term

rental.  The property is located on the edge of the exclusive area

of Cabo Roig which is a picturesque peninsular in the heart of

Southern Costa Blanca. Situated just off "The Strip" on the N332

coast road Vistamar is at Aguamarina, Cabo Roig ideal for holidays

on the Oriehula Costa.

The property forms part of a private community development featuring a generous shared private pool.  Immediately outside to the rear of the development in the coastal path offering excellent viewpoints and steps down to the sea.  The nearest sandy beach (Playa De La Regia) can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes, on foot via the local roads. More beaches are close by on the Oriehula Costa. The house has a small secure driveway so it can be used as a secure area for young children, it's a great family holiday rental property. There are numerous mini-markets, bars and restaurants close by; Irish, English, Spanish, Chinese, Italian and Indian there is a wide choice.  Dining out cheaply is quite easy.  We also know other owners at the Vistamar development and can facilitate rentals of more than one property.... ideal for more than one family wishing to holiday together. The property has proved to be a popular golfing holiday rental, three courses are a very short drive away along with several more along the coast. The cosmopolitan town and harbour at Torrevieja is a short drive away, as is the Aquapark. A Thursday market is held on the road at the rear of the urbanisation (Calle Fuego, Aguamarina). It's very convenient, the N332 being close by means you can easily get along the coast, there is even a costal bus service.

IMPORTANT our very competitive rental rates are for the property not per person, by booking by the night you can be more flexible with flight times & prices. Long weekend or mid week breaks are even possible.

  • July 2010 the rate is £42 per night. (£294 per week).
  • August 2010 the rate is £46 per night. (£322 per week).
  • September 2010 the rate is £31 per night. (£217 per week).
  • October 2010 the rate is £27 per night. (£189 per week).
  • November 2010 - March 2011 the rate is £23 per night. (£161 per week).
  • April - May 2011 the rate is £30 per night. (£210 per week).
  • June 2011 the rate is £33 per night. (£231 per week).
  • July 2011 the rate is £42 per night. (£294 per week).
  • August 2011 the rate is £46 per night. (£322 per week).
  • September 2011 the rate is £31 per night. (£217 per week).

We give substantial discounts for longer lets i.e. 4 weeks or more. A very generous discount is given for longer winter lets ~ why not try Spain out cheaply, particularly useful if you intend to buy a property and want to spend time getting to know the Oriehula Costa area.

A 60 Euro cleaning fee is payable locally on arrival at your meet and greet to the property.

A security deposit of £100 is also taken this is refunded on satisfactory inspection of the property and return of the keys. Smoking inside the property will not be tolerated.

   Features of Casa LesMar ~ A 3 storey, 3 bedroomed holiday home (terraced town house style) which is fully furnished for 6 guests. (Additional baby cot available).

·        Ground floor – lounge / diner with two well cushioned settees, hot & cold air con fitted.  Leading to full kitchen with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.  Separate washroom comprising toilet, vanity wash basin, large mirror, shaver & hairdryer point and shower.  The kitchen leads off to external Galleria which has a cold shower and washbasin, ideal for washing golf clubs and buckets and spades.

·        First floor – Master double bedroom, with hot & cold air con, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.  Second twin bedded room with hot & cold air con, small chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.  Main bathroom comprising of bath with shower, WC, Bidet, vanity wash basin, large mirror and shaver & hair dryer point. Door off landing to front balcony.

·        Third floor – exceptionally large twin bedded room with built in wardrobe and ceiling fan, chest of drawers.  Patio door leading to a large sun trap enclosed roof terrace, complete with table & chairs, 2 sunbathing recliner chairs.

·      Bed linen and towels provided, but we do ask that you bring your own beach towels. Hair dryer provided.  Gas & electric heaters available for when you do need them (out of main season).

·        For your comfort there are ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms.  Most of the warm season these are sufficient ~ when it's really hot there is air con as mentioned above. In winter in addition to the air con there are a couple of electric heaters plus a gas heater available.

·        Digital safe fitted to the property.  Grills fitted to ground floor windows, front door and first floor balcony door.

·        Internally operated plastic airflow blinds fitted to the windows.

·        Britax baby's folding travel cot / playpen provided, it will fit in either master bedroom or top floor bedroom (bring your own bedding).

·        Lounge ~ Satellite TV with a wide selection of channels including BBC 1 & 2 / ITV 1 & 2 etc & DVD player. A Hi-fi system which includes a CD Player/ FM radio & cassette player. (Bring your favourite DVD/CD's). A small number of DVD films, CD's and reading books are provided. Air conditioning unit.

·        We have hot and cold air-conditioning fitted ready for the 2010 season.  This is metered so only those who need it (approx a 1/4 of all bookings) pay for it thereby keeping our competitive rental fees down the rest of the year.  The air con meter works on 5 Euro pre-payment cards available from the housekeeper. The air con covers the lounge / kitchen, 1st floor master and second bedroom, at this stage it will not cover the top bedroom.  That room does have a ceiling fan.
