HOW TO B OOK
NOTE:
Your
final payment must include a key loss & damage deposit charge of
£100. This will be refunded on satisfactory inspection of the
property after you vacate (can be up to 2 weeks). Please note any damage
must be
reported and made good, otherwise your deposit will be in
jeopardy. We may accept group bookings from teenagers,
but would need to discuss your proposals first.
IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTE:
When our
agent meets you at the property a cleaning
and service charge will be payable locally on arrival ~ 60
Euros at Casa LesMar and 55 Euros at Apt. El Rincon, have this
money ready.
On two-week lets a change of linen and bedding is
provided after 7 nights, there is no further charge for
this.
Welcome
packs, typically
consisting of tea, coffee, milk, soft drink, water, bread,
cheese, butter, jam and snacks with an option to include a
choice of alcoholic drinks, can be provided costing from 15
Euros payable locally.
At the resort meet
and greet you will be introduced to
the property and the keys handed over. We do provide precise
instructions and a map on how to get to the property from the
airport. Airport pickups can also be arranged by our
agent these are chargeable.
The hirer is
responsible for arranging adequate personal travel insurance
and flights ~ don’t forget to take your European Health
Insurance Card. If you haven't got one ring the application
line on 0845 6062030. (PS
make sure your current one hasn't expired they do run out!)
A child
travel cot is provided in Casa LesMar, other baby equipment can
be cheaply hired via a local company ask for details.

payments can be arranged but you will need to pay any transfer
or cross border fees yourself at your end of the payment (i.e.
add 3%).
Holiday Money?
We use a Caxtonfx card to withdraw our
Euros whilst abroad. They have a good exchange rate and
there is no charge to use local ATMs abroad. You can load
the card from your UK bank account either on-line or via a text
message. The exchange rate is locked in when the card is
loaded. The Caxtonfx card system has received a good
prepayment card review in Which
in July 2011. They even do Dollar and Global cards

Community Rules:
Remember we expect our guests to comply with the community rules
at either property. These are to prevent nuisance and
apply to holiday guests and permanent residents alike. This
includes things like no noise late at night (People are
sleeping). No glass by the pool for safety. Shower
before using the pool for hygiene. No hanging of washing
over balconies to keep the area looking good.
